Wafik El-Deiry: These are fond memories as time flies by and the field advances

Wafik El-Deiry recently shared on LinkedIn:

“Ten years ago at the 50th American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting, ASCO14, I presented results from a collaboration with Caris Life Sciences from when I was Chief of Hem-Onc at Penn State University, congratulated Mala Talekar (now VP Clinical Development at Verismo Therapeutics) who I mentored at Penn State College of Medicine for a Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation award, and spoke with the late Joseph Bertino, American Cancer Society Professor, past-President of ASCO (1975), past-President of American Association for Cancer Research (1995).

These are fond memories as time flies by and the field advances.”
