Steven Artandi: Risk of developing secondary primary lung cancer

Steven Artandi, Director of the Stanford Cancer Institute, shared on X/Twitter:

“A study led by SCI (Stanford Cancer Institute) members Summer Han and Eunji Choi, and graduate student Chloe Su found that lung cancer survivors who have never smoked have the same risk as survivors who have smoked of developing secondary primary lung cancer.”
