KarMMa-3 updated analysis:
Despite improved PFS with earlier use of Ide-Cel, OS was not different Unfortunate we don’t have a tail for PFS with Ide-cel and unfortunate that OS is not better (per ITT, many pts died before product).
Will use of CAR-T earlier be better?“
