“Dr. Ana Garrido-Castro, MD will continue to advance the treatment and care of people living with triple-negative breast cancer with a grant funded through Conquer Cancer by the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation.

Dr. Garrido-Castro’s research project, “Unraveling mechanisms of resistance to antibody-drug conjugates in triple-negative breast cancer,” aims to better understand mechanisms of therapeutic response and resistance so that more effective and personalized treatment strategies can be developed for patients with breast cancer.
