The Biden Cancer Moonshot announced new commitments to support patient navigation
President’s Cancer Panel shared a post on LinkedIn:
“The Biden Cancer Moonshot announced new commitments from healthcare providers and advocates across the cancer community to extend the reach of navigation services.
These latest actions include strengthening professional education and resources for navigators and facilitating access to navigation services for screenings, clinical trial enrollment, and treatment.
The Panel is encouraged by the advancements in patient navigation and urges continued cross-sector commitments to ensure that everyone facing a cancer diagnosis can access the best possible treatment and support.
