50% of ALL has CD 20 expression Not associated with cytogenetics or demographics No difference in MRD positive CD 20 up regulated at end of induction in patients who were CD 20 negative at baseline. More relapse in CD 20 positive baseline

On multivariate analysis NCI high risk, MRD positive and CD 20 positive associated with inferior survival.
