Siyuan Cheng: Excited to share our latest research on prostate cancer
Siyuan Cheng, Cancer biologist, Bioinformatician at LSU Health Shreveport, shared on X about a recent paper by
Authors: Lin Li, Kyung Hyun Cho, Xiuping Yu, Siyuan Cheng.
“Excited to share our latest research on prostate cancer! We conducted a Systematic Multi-Omics Investigation to explore androgen receptor-driven gene expression and epigenetic changes.
Conclusions:
- AR regulates genes in critical pathways such as Wnt signaling.
- AR binds and modulates the chromatin status of distal enhancer regions, rather than proximal promoters.
- AR does not directly regulate genes in NE differentiation (lineage plasticity).
Excited to announce the launch of our new online app. This tool allows users to explore multi-omics dataset generated by this study.”
All our research data is now publicly available for download! We encourage researchers to access and utilize this data. Please find all links in App or manuscript.”
