Molecular profiling of longitudinal plasma samples characterizes mechanisms of resistance to PARPi in MBC with BRCA1, BRCA2 or PALB2 mutations:
- BRCA1/2 reversion mutations were most prevalent
- LOF mutations in TP53BP1, RIF1 or PAXIP1 less frequent”
