GLP-1s lowers risk of 10 obesity-associated cancers

Ron DePinho, Professor and Past President of MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared a post on X:

“HUGE NEWS: GLP-1s lowered risk of 10 obesity-associated cancers. Compared to insulin, GLP-1s decreased in 10 of 13 cancers – 65% reduction in gallbladder cancer, 59% in pancreatic cancer, and 53% in hepatocellular carcinoma.”
