BeOne Medicines and Revolution Medicines have announced a multi-part collaboration to advance targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers, combining the clinical development of new treatment combinations with a regional commercialization agreement in Asia.
Under the clinical collaboration, the companies will explore combinations involving selected BeOne oncology candidates and four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors from Revolution Medicines:
- Daraxonrasib – RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor
- Zoldonrasib – RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor
- Elironrasib – RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor
- RMC-5127 – RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor
Among the planned combinations are BeOne’s MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor, BGB-58067, and its EGFR × MET × MET trispecific antibody, BG-T187, which are expected to be studied with either daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib.
Expanding access across Asia
In a separate regional rights agreement, Revolution Medicines granted BeOne exclusive rights to develop and commercialize, or, depending on the market, to commercially manage, the four RAS(ON) inhibitors across selected Asian markets.
Japan and South Korea are excluded from the licensed territory, with Revolution Medicines retaining rights there as well as in markets outside the agreement.
BeOne will also fund and conduct a global registrational Phase 3 trial of one of Revolution Medicines’ RAS(ON) inhibitors, while Revolution Medicines continues its broader global registrational development program.
Under the agreement, Revolution Medicines is eligible to receive development and sales milestone payments as well as tiered royalties on net sales in the partnered region. Specific financial amounts were not disclosed.
The collaboration brings together Revolution Medicines’ portfolio of therapies designed to target the active, cancer-driving state of RAS with BeOne’s global clinical development infrastructure and oncology pipeline, with the companies aiming to expand both combination strategies and access to RAS-targeted therapies.
