The Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) Research Grants 2026–2027 support innovative research across gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, endometrial, uterine, cervical, and other gynecologic malignancies. The current funding cycle includes disease-specific, early-career, early-detection, health-equity, biomarker, quality-of-life, and translational research opportunities.
Multiple one-year grants are available through FWC and its funding partners, with awards ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. Applicants submit one application and are considered for the appropriate funding opportunities within the program.
Eligibility Criteria
- SGO members who are early-career professionals or junior investigators are encouraged to apply.
- Priority is generally given to investigators at the Assistant Professor level or below, within 7 years of their first faculty appointment.
- Non-SGO members may apply if an SGO member serves as co-investigator or sponsor.
- Full professors are not eligible for the research grants.
- Only one application per applicant is accepted each year.
- Individual grants may have additional disease-specific or career-stage eligibility requirements.
