The OECI Excellence Mobility Programme 2026, organized by the OECI Young Board, supports young oncology professionals undertaking short-term exchanges between OECI member institutions. The programme aims to strengthen collaboration, knowledge transfer, professional development, and capacity building across the European cancer community.
The programme supports clinical rotations, research placements, and organizational or management visits, with up to €2,000 available per mobility. A maximum of 10 mobility grants will be funded, and exchanges will take place between March and October 2027.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be under 40 years of age.
- Applicants must be affiliated with an OECI member institution.
- Applicants must also receive institutional endorsement from their home institution.
- The proposed mobility must be within the field of oncology.
- Eligible applicants may include doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, researchers, laboratory technicians, research support staff, and administrative or management professionals.
- The minimum duration of the mobility is one week.
- The mobility proposal should demonstrate clear objectives, expected outputs, and benefits for the applicant’s home and/or host institution.
Funding Details
- Maximum funding: Up to €2,000 per mobility.
- Maximum number of grants: 10.

- Application deadline: September 25, 2026.
- First review round: October 11, 2026.
- Second review round: November 26, 2026.
- Results: December 10, 2026.
- Mobility period: March–October 2027.
