The Homerun Grant funds translational, clinical, basic, and delivery research projects focused on DIPG, DMG, and related pediatric brain cancers, distributed through The Cure Starts Now (TCSN) or the DIPG/DMG Collaborative depending on funding availability and grant concentration. Designed as a broad, universal funding opportunity, it is open to industry partners and international applicants alike. Award decisions or requests for additional information are issued no later than October 15 annually.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold an MD, DO, PhD, DrPH, or equivalent degree
- Must be affiliated with a non-profit organization or a recognized medical or scientific institution
- Must be in good standing with TCSN, including up-to-date submission of all required progress reports for any prior TCSN funding
- Open to industry partners and international applicants
Funding Details:
- Up to $100,000 USD
- Up to $200,000 USD for researchers from hospitals actively contributing to the International DIPG/DMG Registry (IDIPGR) or the SIOPe DIPG/DMG Registry
