The Modular R01s in Cancer Control and Population Sciences funding opportunity supports research addressing novel scientific questions across cancer control and population sciences. Areas include cancer epidemiology, statistical and analytic methods, cancer survivorship, cancer-related behaviors, healthcare delivery, digital health and data science, and implementation science.

- Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, government entities, and other eligible organizations.
- Foreign organizations are eligible to apply.
- Non-domestic components of U.S. organizations are eligible.
- Foreign components of U.S. organizations are permitted.
- Applications may be submitted as new, renewal, resubmission, or revision applications where permitted.
Funding Details
- Maximum direct costs: $250,000 per year
- Maximum project period: 5 years
- Consortium facilities and administrative costs are excluded from the $250,000 direct-cost limit.

- Applications are due by 5:00 PM local time of the applicant organization.
