This Cancer Australia pilot-initiatives grant funds projects designed to improve access to cancer treatment and care for people living in outer metropolitan, regional, and rural areas. It is delivered in partnership with the Australian Cancer Centres Network (ACCN) and aligned with the Australian Cancer Plan.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Project must be a pilot initiative focused on improving access to cancer treatment and care for people in outer metropolitan, regional, and rural areas.
- Initiative should align with the Australian Cancer Plan and ACCN Framework (as described in the call).
- Proposed delivery period must fit within the program delivery window.
Funding Details:
- Total funding available: AUD 1,000,000.
- Expected number of grants: 4–10.
- Funding cap: AUD 250,000 per grant.
- Activity delivery window: April 27, 2026 – June 30, 2027.
