A new Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) pilot initiative designed to strengthen the attractiveness of European research careers by addressing precarity and promoting long-term employment perspectives for postdoctoral researchers. It supports projects where academic and non-academic organisations recruit postdoctoral researchers with career continuity beyond the project period.
Eligibility Criteria:

Open to academic and non-academic organisations based in Europe.

Organisations must demonstrate a commitment to high-quality working conditions and provide long-term professional opportunities for recruited postdoctoral researchers.

Applications must be submitted by eligible organisations via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal (individual researchers do not apply directly).
 
Funding Details:

Total indicative budget: EUR 22.5 million.

Maximum per beneficiary: EUR 3.5 million.
 - 
Projects are co-funded under the MSCA COFUND framework to enhance research career stability and attractiveness across Europe.
