One-year grant to accelerate the careers of mid-career professionals (6–15 years from initial faculty appointment) in thoracic oncology, supporting impactful research in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and related areas. Multidisciplinary and global projects are encouraged, with priority for underrepresented specialties and LMIC applicants.
Eligibility Criteria:

MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent; IASLC member (maintained during the grant).

6–15 years from initial faculty appointment by start date (July 1, 2026).

No single independent major award ≥ USD 250,000/year active as of July 1, 2026.

No concurrent multi-year mentored awards (e.g., YIA, CDA) during the grant term.

Funding Details:

Total: USD 100,000 for 1 year, paid in two installments (second after 6-month interim report).
