Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant organizations: U.S. higher-education institutions, nonprofits, and eligible government/tribal/regional/community entities; one application per institution (by DUNS/NIH IPF).

New (Type 1): Minimum NIH cancer-focused RCDC base — 10,000,000 USD (Clinical) or 6,000,000 USD (Basic) in annual direct costs.

Renewal (Type 2): ≥10,000,000 USD annual direct costs of peer-reviewed cancer-related funding (consortia may sum approved partners).

Foreign institutions/components: Not eligible; foreign components not allowed.

Consortia: Renewals only; must be fully functioning and meet integration/compliance requirements.
