
Connie Henke Yarbro Excellence in Cancer Nursing Mentorship Award
Honors exceptional mentorship in oncology nursing beyond normal job duties. Recipients are recognized at ONS Congress and across Oncology Nursing Foundation channels (website, newsletter, and press outreach).
Eligibility Criteria:

Nominee is a registered nurse with at least 2 years in oncology nursing.

Demonstrated mentorship outside employment expectations in academic, clinical, or research settings.

Nominator submits the application; nominees may be ONS members or non-members.

Not repeatable (an individual cannot receive this award more than once).

Support letters: at least 2, each from a different author, detailing mentoring activities, settings (academic/clinical/research), outcomes, and how mentoring exceeded job expectations.
