Supports studies to develop, test, and refine strategies for overcoming barriers to the adoption, adaptation, integration, sustainability, scale-up, spread, and de-implementation of evidence-based interventions, practices, programs, tools, treatments, guidelines, and policies across clinical, public health, and community settings .
Eligibility Criteria:

U.S. and foreign organizations, including higher-education institutions; nonprofits (501(c)(3) and others); for-profit entities (small businesses and others); local, state, tribal, and federal government agencies; and community- and faith-based organizations .

Applicant institutions must complete SAM (or NCAGE), obtain a UEI, register in eRA Commons (PD/PI & SO accounts), and Grants.gov before submission.

PD/PI must hold an eRA Commons account; institutional Signing Officials require a separate account.

Applications may optionally propose an NIH-defined clinical trial, but clinical trials are not required.

Budgets are unlimited but must reflect actual project needs; project period up to 5 years.

Number of awards depends on NIH appropriations and meritorious applications.

Funds may cover personnel, intervention and implementation strategy development, data collection and analysis, contextual assessment, economic evaluations, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination activities .
