
MSCA4Ukraine Fellowships 2025
MSCA4Ukraine Fellowships support displaced Ukrainian researchers to continue their projects safely in Europe—providing dedicated funding and integration into European research and innovation environments.
Eligibility Criteria:

Researcher Profile: Researchers displaced from Ukraine by conflict, at any career stage who held a research position in Ukraine.

Mobility Rule: Must relocate to and conduct their fellowship at a host organisation in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country.

Host Organisation: Academic or non-academic entity eligible under Horizon Europe.

Objective: Enable continuation of research activities, safeguard careers, and contribute to Ukraine’s R&I ecosystem.
Funding Details:

Budget: Indicative additional €10 million for the 2025 call

Duration & Costs: Fellowships follow MSCA rules on living and mobility allowances, research and training costs, and institutional contributions; duration typically 12–24 months depending on the programme.
