The Cancer Research Institute’s CLIP Grant funds pre-clinical and translational studies aimed at optimizing cancer immunotherapy in the clinic. Awards of up to $150,000 per year for two years support faculty-led projects that bridge laboratory findings and clinical application.
Eligibility Criteria:

Hold a tenure-track assistant professor (or higher) appointment by the time the award activates (July 1 earliest).

If the appointment is pending, include institutional documentation confirming the future position.

Conduct research at a non-profit academic, medical, or research center (U.S. or abroad). For-profit institutions are not eligible.

No citizenship or geographic restrictions.
Funding Details:

Amount: Up to 150,000 USD per year

Term: 2 years (payments quarterly in U.S. currency to the host institution)

Allowable Expenses: Salary, technical assistance, supplies, capital equipment, scientific travel
