Cancer Grand Challenge: TME Dynamics
This challenge calls for the development of innovative methods to understand the functional and dynamic role of the tumour microenvironment (TME) over time. It seeks to go beyond static spatial mapping and uncover how the TME evolves during tumour development and therapy response, aiming to reshape cancer treatment strategies by preventing resistance and improving outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Open to global, interdisciplinary research teams
-
Must include expertise in human tumour analysis, spatial genomics/proteomics, AI, computational biology, and functional modelling
-
Proposals must include longitudinal and functional components and human-based analysis
-
Pure mapping, animal-only studies, or limited scope proposals will not be considered responsive
