
Fondation ARC – AAP Passerelle 2025 – Bridge to Tenure Position
This one-year grant supports non-tenured researchers in cancer research who are preparing to apply for a permanent position (EPST competition) in France. The aim is to promote integration into French public research institutions by funding promising research projects and offering institutional support.
Eligibility Criteria:

Hold a PhD and plan to apply for EPST researcher positions in 2026

Host lab must be in France and affiliated with EPST (e.g. INSERM, CNRS)

Must have a commitment letter from the host institution supporting tenure preparation
-
Cannot concurrently receive other salary funding during the grant period

Previous Passerelle laureates can apply if they meet renewal criteria
Funding Details:

Duration: 12 months
-
Salary: Up to EUR 80,000 (paid to host institution)

Research/project costs: EUR 20,000 (includes consumables and up to EUR 2,000 for travel)

Start date: Between 16 October 2025 and 1 February 2026
