World Cancer Day 2027, led by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), will take place on Thursday, February 4, 2027, worldwide, with activities, campaigns, and events organized by cancer organizations, healthcare institutions, advocates, and communities across the globe.

The 2027 observance continues the 2025–2027 “United by Unique” campaign, which places people at the centre of cancer care and emphasizes that every person’s experience with cancer is different.

The campaign promotes people-centred cancer care, encouraging health systems and communities to look beyond the disease and recognize each individual’s needs, experiences, and circumstances. Participants can take part through local events, advocacy initiatives, educational activities, awareness campaigns, and by sharing personal cancer stories.
