When Development Meets Cancer: Origins, Models and Therapies in Childhood Cancer

Nov 10 • 8:00 AM - Nov 12 • 5:00 PM
When Development Meets Cancer

When Development Meets Cancer: Origins, Models and Therapies in Childhood Cancer Conference will be held from November 10-12, 2025.

The Conference will convene a multidisciplinary group of scientists and clinicians to explore the intersection of developmental biology and childhood cancer. Taking place at the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau in Barcelona, the conference will focus on the cellular and molecular origins of pediatric tumors, with sessions dedicated to stem cell-based modeling, transgenic and organoid systems, and tumor heterogeneity and evolution.

The event aims to bridge fundamental and translational science by highlighting cutting-edge therapeutic strategies, including epigenetic and metabolic interventions as well as emerging immunotherapies. By fostering collaboration across disciplines, the conference seeks to deepen our understanding of childhood cancers and accelerate the development of innovative treatments to improve outcomes for young patients.

Registration is open for the event.
