The EACR – Systems-level Engineering of T-cell Specificity virtual conference will take place from December 1–2, 2026, online.

Organized by the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR), the conference will bring together basic, computational, translational, and clinical scientists to explore how T-cell specificity can be understood and engineered to improve cancer immunotherapy.

The meeting will focus on the mechanisms that allow T-cells to distinguish cancer cells from healthy tissues and on strategies to enhance immune responses while reducing immune-related toxicities. The programme will explore T-cell receptor specificity, T-cell engineering, and T-cell control of cancer, integrating perspectives from immunology, computational biology, systems biology, and clinical research.

The conference will highlight emerging approaches for developing more precise and effective T-cell-based cancer therapies, including the application of computational and engineering principles to improve the therapeutic window of immunotherapy.
