The SIOP Global Health Network’s Traditional and Complementary Medicine Working Group is hosting an educational webinar, “Integrative Oncology in Pediatric Cancer Care: Global Perspectives and 10 Years of Implementation,” on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 15:00 CET.

Led by Dr. Ricardo Ghelman—a pediatric oncologist and member of the WHO Strategic Technical Advisory Group—the session examines the evolution of evidence-based traditional medicine within multidisciplinary teams over the last decade. The discussion will highlight strategies for safe integration in low- and middle-income countries, the Brazilian academic experience, and policy alignment with the WHO Global Strategy on Traditional Medicine 2025–2034.
