The American Society of Preventive Oncology (ASPO) 51st Annual Meeting will take place from April 11–13, 2027, at the Emory Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

The 2027 meeting theme is “Susceptibility to Survivorship: Multidisciplinary Approaches to Prevention and Control for Childhood, AYA, and Early-Onset Cancers.”

The meeting will bring together researchers, trainees, and community and patient advocates working across cancer prevention and control. The scientific programme will include sessions on cancer and survivorship across the life course, precision oncology access, caregiver roles, fertility and family planning, financial considerations, healthcare transitions, cancer risk biology, and new prevention and surveillance interventions.
