The 50th International Conference on Screening for Lung Cancer & 18th Conference on Research for Early Lung Cancer Treatment will take place from October 22–24, 2026, at the Goldwurm Auditorium, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, USA, with virtual participation also available.

The event is organized by the International Early Lung Cancer Action Program (I-ELCAP) and is open to the public.

The preliminary program will focus on early lung cancer detection, low-dose CT screening, screening implementation, technical and diagnostic innovations, artificial intelligence, lung nodule assessment, and advances in early-stage treatment.

Sessions will also examine sustainable screening programs, global implementation, smoking cessation, surgical and radiation approaches, ablation, neoadjuvant treatment, immunotherapy, and therapeutic controversies in early-stage lung cancer.
