The 27th Annual World Congress of the International Psycho-Oncology Society (IPOS) will take place from November 9–12, 2026, at Hotel Barceló Sants in Barcelona, Spain.

The congress will be held under the theme “Towards a sustainable psycho-oncology: of all and for all.”

The congress brings together professionals from psychology, psychiatry, oncology, nursing, social work, patient advocacy, education, and other areas of supportive cancer care to discuss how psychosocial care can be integrated throughout the cancer journey. The program will address topics including digital health, survivorship, palliative care, equity and diversity, psycho-oncology in clinical trials and patient navigation, artificial intelligence, psychosocial care in low- and middle-income countries, and healthy lifestyles in cancer care.
