The EACR – Induced Proximity: Degradation and Beyond virtual conference will take place from February 3–4, 2027, online.

Organized by the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR), the conference will bring together academic and industry experts to explore emerging induced proximity technologies and their applications in cancer drug discovery and treatment development.

The meeting will focus on the rapidly evolving field of targeted protein degradation and induced proximity approaches, including PROTACs, molecular glue degraders, novel E3 ligases, computational discovery strategies, and next-generation concepts beyond protein degradation.

The programme will address both mechanistic and translational aspects of these technologies, including rational molecule design, expanding the target space for degraders, enabling technologies, and challenges in bringing new proximity-based therapies into clinical development.
