The IGCS 2026 Annual Global Meeting, organized by the International Gynecologic Cancer Society, will take place on 1–3 October 2026 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal in Montréal, Canada.

The multidisciplinary meeting will bring together specialists in gynecologic surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, nursing, research, and allied healthcare to explore developments across the full spectrum of gynecologic cancer care. The scientific programme will include plenary lectures, interactive master sessions, oral and poster presentations, surgical films, industry-supported symposia, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Topics will include surgical complications, artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment, palliative care, rare gynecologic tumours, and the translation of emerging research into clinical practice. Attendance is available in person or through on-demand recordings, with regular registration rates available until 9 September 2026.
