The 2026 International Drug Repurposing Conference (iDR26): Navigating the Future is a global scientific forum taking place from May 12–13, 2026, in Brussels, Belgium.

Co-organized by the REMEDi4ALL consortium and Beacon for Rare Diseases, the conference focuses on technical advancements in AI-driven drug discovery, biosimilars, and biologics, alongside the regulatory and policy frameworks necessary for patient-centric medicine repurposing.

The agenda features four specialized tracks – Rare Diseases, Industry, Drug Discovery, and the Repurposing Community – designed to bridge the gap between academic research, regulatory approval, and equitable patient access.
