The European Lung Cancer Congress 2027 (ELCC 2027) will take place on March 17–20, 2027, in Munich, Germany, with both onsite and online participation.

The congress is jointly organized by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) and brings together the multidisciplinary thoracic oncology community to advance science, share education, and improve clinical practice for patients with lung and other thoracic cancers.

The programme is designed for medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, thoracic surgeons, respiratory physicians and pneumologists, interventional radiologists, pathologists, and other professionals involved in thoracic cancer care, with an emphasis on cross-specialty discussion, emerging evidence, and practical take-home insights that can inform everyday patient management.
