The ESTRO 2027 Congress, organized by the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO), will take place on May 21–25, 2027, at Allianz MiCo in Milan, Italy.

Held under the theme “We care. We innovate. We cure.”, the congress will bring together radiation oncologists, medical physicists, radiation therapists, radiobiologists, researchers, patients, and industry partners to explore advances in patient-centred radiation oncology, clinical radiotherapy, brachytherapy, radiation physics, radiobiology, technology, and multidisciplinary cancer care.

The programme will include highlight sessions, proffered papers, mini-orals, poster discussions, patient perspectives, and a major industry exhibition showcasing emerging technologies in radiation oncology.
