The ESOI Touchdown 2026 will take place from October 29–31, 2026, at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, Germany.

The in-person congress will bring together radiologists, clinicians, scientists, patients, and industry partners to explore current developments and future directions in oncologic imaging.

The scientific program will cover artificial intelligence in oncologic diagnostics, innovative imaging strategies, cancer screening, multidisciplinary decision-making, therapy-related toxicities, and the future of oncologic reporting. The meeting will also feature interactive workshops and multidisciplinary case discussions across lung, urogenital, and gynecological cancers, alongside sessions on cancer of unknown primary, neuroendocrine tumors, liquid biopsy, and imaging in clinical trials.
