The ESMO Breast Cancer 2027 congress, organized by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), will take place on May 12–14, 2027, at Allianz MiCo in Milan, Italy, with online participation also available.

The international congress will bring together oncologists, breast cancer specialists, researchers, surgeons, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to discuss advances in breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. The meeting will highlight emerging clinical evidence, personalized treatment strategies, and innovations in breast cancer care.
