The ESMO Sarcoma and Rare Cancers Congress 2027, organized by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), will take place on March 4–6, 2027, at Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano, Switzerland.

The three-day congress will bring together oncologists, researchers, pathologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to discuss advances in the diagnosis, molecular classification, and treatment of sarcomas and rare cancers. The meeting aims to strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and improve care for patients with rare solid tumours.

The scientific programme will feature research presentations, educational sessions, multidisciplinary tumour boards, guideline discussions, and opportunities for young oncologists. Participants will explore emerging therapeutic approaches, share clinical experiences, and discuss challenges in rare cancer research and management.
