The EANO-EORTC CNS Metastasis Meeting 2027 will take place from February 26–27, 2027, in Brussels, Belgium.

Jointly held under the auspices of the European Association of Neuro-Oncology (EANO) and the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), the meeting is a new international forum dedicated to advancing research and care in central nervous system (CNS) metastases.

The meeting represents a new chapter in the evolution of the longstanding Brain Mets Meeting, bringing together laboratory researchers, clinicians, and trialists from multiple disciplines. The programme will connect basic, translational, and clinical science, with a focus on the biology of CNS metastases, emerging therapeutic approaches, clinical trials, and strategies to improve patient outcomes.

The scientific programme will feature internationally recognized experts and sessions covering the brain metastatic cascade, molecular profiling, local therapies, systemic therapies, clinical trial design, and emerging research directions. The programme will also include abstract presentations and opportunities for collaboration and networking.
