The Regional Africa Best of St. Gallen Breast Cancer Conference 2026 will take place on September 30–October 2, 2026, at Hilton Cairo Grand Nile in Cairo, Egypt.

The programme combines pre-congress workshops, multidisciplinary breast cancer sessions, hands-on training, African implementation forums, and a final consensus panel. Topics include early and locally advanced breast cancer, immunotherapy and TNBC, HR+/HER2− and HER2+ disease, hereditary breast cancer, pathology and molecular diagnostics, radiotherapy, supportive and nursing care, health economics and access to care in Africa, breast and axillary surgery, radiodiagnosis, emerging technologies, patient advocacy, and African research challenges.

Pre-congress workshops on September 30 include Digital Pathology and Basic Radiotherapy, followed by the main multidisciplinary conference on October 1 and the scientific sessions and African Consensus Forum on October 2. The final day includes “Controversy of the Controversies,” chaired by Prof. Dr. Beat Thurlimann, followed by the Africa Best of St. Gallen Implementation Consensus Forum and African Implementation Guidelines Consensus Forum.
