The 28th Annual Blood-Brain Barrier Consortium Meeting, hosted by the Providence Neuroscience Institute, will take place in person on 15–16 October 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, at The Benson Hotel in Portland, Oregon.

The programme will highlight advances in blood-brain barrier and neurovascular unit research, including therapeutic delivery to brain tumours, focused ultrasound, intra-arterial treatments, neuroinfectious disease, neuroimmunology, neuroimaging, cognitive science, and emerging health challenges such as microplastics, climate change, and space exploration.

Scientific sessions, panels, posters, mentoring, networking, CME credits, meals, and recorded presentations are included. Abstracts and posters are due 3 August 2026, while registration closes 13 October 2026. The registration fee was not provided; the optional keynote dinner costs $70, and discounted hotel rooms start at $179 per night.
