The AONN+ Annual Navigation and Survivorship Conference 2026

The AONN+ Annual Navigation & Survivorship Conference 2026, organized by the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+), will take place on 11–14 November 2026 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
The four-day hybrid conference will bring together oncology nurse and patient navigators, social workers, physicians, administrators, and other members of the cancer care team to share best practices, build professional connections, earn continuing education credits, and explore innovations in oncology navigation.
The programme includes general, clinical, psychosocial, and leadership sessions addressing topics such as financial toxicity, patient advocacy, cancer-related symptom management, AI-supported lung cancer detection, geriatric oncology, virtual navigation models, LGBTQ+ cancer care, and professional boundaries, alongside posters, exhibits, networking events, product theaters, a keynote session, and certification opportunities.
Registration starts at $250 for AONN+ members, $375 for nonmembers, $850 for industry attendees, and $50 for students, with rates increasing closer to the meeting.
