The “Optimising Antibody–Drug Conjugate Safety: Mechanisms, Monitoring and Management of Toxicities 2026” webinar, organized by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), will take place on September 9, 2026, at 6:30 PM CEST (8:30 PM AMT).

Part of the ESMO Therapeutic Landscapes series, the session will focus on recognising, preventing, and managing toxicities associated with antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs). The programme will address patient- and treatment-related risk factors, supportive and preventive strategies, and the mechanisms, early recognition, differential diagnosis, grading, and management of ADC-related interstitial lung disease and ocular toxicity. Practical issues such as treatment interruption, corticosteroid use, safe rechallenge, and maintaining treatment continuity will also be discussed, followed by an interactive Q&A. The webinar is chaired by Liliana Ascione, MD.
