The AACR Conference on Aneuploidy and Chromosomally Complex Cancers, organized by the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), will take place on 1–3 March 2027 at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The conference will focus on aneuploidy and chromosomal complexity in cancer and will be co-chaired by Samuel Aparicio of BC Cancer, Sharon B. Cantor of UMass Chan Medical School, and Karlene A. Cimprich of Stanford University. Additional programme, registration, and submission details have not yet been provided.
