The AACR Conference on Targeting RAS: Novel Therapeutics and Clinical Impact, organized by the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), will take place on 28–31 January 2027 at the Westin San Diego Bayview in San Diego, California.

The conference will bring together leaders from academia, industry, and clinical oncology to examine advances in RAS biology and the rapidly evolving development of direct RAS inhibitors and combination therapies. Sessions will explore structural and chemical biology, omics, immunology, treatment response and resistance, pathway adaptation, tumour heterogeneity, and emerging therapeutic vulnerabilities. The programme will address RAS-driven pancreatic, colorectal, lung, melanoma, and hematologic malignancies, while a dedicated session will highlight promising clinical trial findings selected from submitted abstracts.
