This AACR Special Conference in Cancer Research will be held December 10–13, 2025, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

The meeting is designed as an in-person event, with all presentations delivered live, though the content will later be made available on demand.

The scientific program covers topics such as epidemiology of early-onset cancer, mechanisms (metabolic, exogenous, endogenous), detection and screening, interception strategies, and global disparities in early-onset cancers.

This conference provides a forum for researchers, clinicians, and public health professionals to identify knowledge gaps and research opportunities in the rapidly evolving field of early-onset cancers. The sessions are structured to encourage cross-disciplinary dialogue and to spark ideas that can advance understanding and intervention strategies for cancers manifesting at younger ages.
