Yekaterina “Katie” Chudnovsky is an attorney, venture investor, patient advocate, and supporter of cancer research, with a particular focus on rare and gastrointestinal cancers. She is committed to advancing science-driven solutions that translate research into meaningful outcomes for patients. She is a board member of Colorectal Cancer Alliance, Head of Special Projects at the Rare Cancer Research Foundation, and serves as Chair of the GI Research Foundation (GIRF) supporting the University of Chicago Digestive Diseases Center, and previously served as President and Board Member for 12 years, helping to expand research funding, infrastructure, and patient support initiatives.
Her philanthropic efforts have provided direct assistance to hundreds of patients and supported multiple research programs addressing unmet needs in oncology. In addition to her advocacy work, Chudnovsky is General Counsel for an international privately held technology firm and serves on the boards of Elicio Therapeutics, Immix Biopharma, XCures.
