“Today Car Free Day in Kigali this morning in City of Kigali was marked by the International Day for Giving a Kick to Life in the Brain, which states:
Alcoholism is defeatable, it can be overcome.
In the message, the head of the department responsible for giving a kick to life in the brain, Prof Darius Gishoma, urged people to avoid things that harm life in the brain, including alcohol and other mind-altering substances, as well as to help those gripped by alcohol to get treatment, and to support those who have begun the journey to properly quit it.”
