Eric Lefkofsky is an American entrepreneur and innovator whose work has had a significant impact on precision oncology and data-driven cancer care. He is the founder and CEO of Tempus, a health technology company that applies artificial intelligence to clinical and molecular data to enable personalized cancer treatment, improve clinical trial matching, and accelerate translational research. Under his leadership, Tempus has become a central platform for integrating genomics, imaging, and real-world clinical data in oncology.
Beyond Tempus, Lefkofsky is a co-founder of Pathos.AI, an AI-enabled drug development company and a founding partner of Lightbank, which invests in disruptive technologies, including healthcare and life sciences.
